It almost goes without saying to focus on tools and systems that are cloud based. Simply put, the cloud is another way of saying the internet, but with one slight difference: it implies using a software service. The benefits of using these systems are as follows

When selecting tools its a good idea to ensure you can integrate the tools you use every day with each other. A reason for this is when repeat a task when it can be automated, information being passed from one system to another.
